NAPB announces badge sponsorship of Property Press Awards

11 April 2018

The National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB) is proud to announce its badge sponsorship of the 2018 Property Press Awards.

The NAPB will be a badge sponsor of the event which takes place on May 15. In its 8th year the awards recognise outstanding talent across consumer, trade, broadcast and online media.

The NAPB represents professional property buyers and works to provide the public and media with clear information about the industry. It is believed approximately £1.5bn of property is bought by professional buyers each year. A survey of all NAPB members last year found that 50% spent around £50m a year on property in the previous financial year.

Professional property buyers offer an alternative way to sell property. Most pay cash for homes and can complete a purchase quickly – sometimes in just a matter of hours.

Jonathan Rolande from The NAPB said: “Professional property buyers are key players in the purchase of property across the UK. Increasing numbers of people continue to use the services of the sector to help them sell their property to a guaranteed buyer quickly.

“In an age where we can get almost anything we want immediately many people get frustrated with the time, and uncertainty, selling a property can take. We are seeing an increasing number of people turn to our members to sell their property because of this.

“The NAPB is delighted to be a badge sponsor for the Property4Media Property Press Awards. We wish everyone nominated the best of luck!”

James Smith from Property4Media, which runs the awards, said: “Property4Media are delighted to announce The NAPB as our badge sponsor for the Property Press Awards 2018. We are excited to be working with them.”
