Where do you see the Professional Property Buyer industry going?
I feel it’s going more into a regulated sector where we are already governed by TPO and NAPB but it will have further regulation to ensure property buyers perform for vendors.
What’s the most unusual property you have bought?
I bought an eighteenth-century dovecote Grade II listed building in the middle of an area of outstanding natural beauty.
