The National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB) was founded in response to a number of dissatisfied customers who had negative experiences with cash buyers. Its formation was driven by the recognition of the necessity to improve standards and practices in the unregulated professional property-buying industry. The NAPB now has over 50 members across the UK. Each member is committed to upholding the utmost standards of practice. Their hard work and passion have helped tons of people move houses and get on with their lives faster than ever before.
Today we meet Danny Nieberg of Property Rescue.
Who are you, what’s your background?
We have been buying, trading & developing properties since the late ‘90’s and launched the Property Rescue brand in 2005, so we were one of the first operators in the quick-sale market.
Where is your company based?
London
Where do you purchase property?
Anywhere in Engand & Wales
What are your company’s core values?
‘Professionalism’ with a human touch and ‘Transparency’ with the ability to perform as promised.
Do you have customer reviews online?
We are rated Excellent on Trustpilot with 100’s of verified customer reviews, check us out here
What are the company’s biggest challenges?
Getting the message out there to homeowners that the quick sale market could potentially be a good option but at the same time educating them that there are still lots of rogue companies out there who make false promises. We are always honest and upfront but sometimes homeowners are swayed by unrealistic and undeliverable offers and they will often come back to us after they are ultimately let down by others. We always keep the door open!
What’s the key to running a successful property business?
Maintaining a high level of customer service and having a great team of staff who are extremely good at helping customers who are arguably experiencing one of the most stressful times in their lives. Moving/selling a property will always have its challenges!
Where do you see the Professional Property Buyer industry going?
There is always going to be a need for professional property buyers like Property Rescue, and I am sure that the genuine firms like ourselves who maintain high standards will continue to provide sellers with an alternative option and a good solution to suit their individual circumstances.
What’s the most unusual property you have bought ?
I could create a long list of unusual properties considering the length of time we’ve been operating, but a recent one that’s definitely up there is a house that had a graveyard in its back garden, literally. At least the neighbours weren’t noisy! Check out the photos:
Thank you Danny for your time!
