The Home Owners Alliance have taken a lot of complex data and created a really helpful snapshot of what is happening in the property market. Prices have slipped once again which is to be expected. An area of real concern is the big reduction in transaction volumes. This indicates people are holding back, unable to get finance or sellers are unrealistically pricing – perhaps its a combination of all of those things.
